Raymond Dudlo is a partner in Dentons’ Evansville office whose practice focuses on healthcare law, regulatory compliance, data privacy, cybersecurity, and complex commercial litigation. He advises healthcare organizations, businesses, and municipalities on navigating regulatory requirements, managing legal risk, and resolving sophisticated disputes.

Raymond counsels hospitals, behavioral health providers, and other healthcare organizations on a broad range of federal and state healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, 42 C.F.R. Part 2, the Stark Law, and Anti-Kickback compliance. A significant part of his practice is dedicated to data privacy and cybersecurity, where he advises clients on incident preparedness, data breach response, post-incident remediation, and ongoing compliance obligations. He also represents healthcare entities and licensed professionals in licensure and disciplinary investigations before state agencies and professional licensing boards.

Raymond has represented clients in a wide range of significant matters, including advising hospital systems on EMTALA compliance and enforcement issues, representing national healthcare providers in professional licensing and litigation matters, and handling all aspects of litigation and lien enforcement for construction material suppliers.

His professional accomplishments have earned widespread recognition, including selection to The Healthcare Lawyers for Indiana (2025–2026), inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America for Real Estate Law (2024 and 2025), and recognition as an Indiana Super Lawyers Rising Star since 2022.

Raymond is an active member of the legal community, serving on the Board of Governors of the Indiana State Bar Association and previously chairing the Diversity & Inclusion Committee of the Evansville Bar Association.
