Recently, she has advised on healthcare provider integration initiatives such as ACOs, co-management agreements, ambulatory surgery centers, joint ventures and management service agreements. She is an Arbitrator on the Large Complex Case, Commercial, Employment and Healthcare Panels of the American Arbitration Association and is an Arbitrator, Mediator and Trainer for the American Health Lawyers Association.
