Dave partners with clients, primarily in the health industry, on legal, business and regulatory aspects of strategic transactions. He lends his informed business perspective and over 25 years’ experience to providing strategic advice to clients regarding joint ventures, acquisitions, private offering transactions, as well as life science start-up formations. He frequently works with emerging growth companies on business, tax and securities law matters including securities offerings to raise capital. His roster of clients includes leading hospitals, health systems, surgery centers, physicians and physician groups, as well as life science companies, entrepreneurs, scientists and investors. He strives for creative solutions to help his clients meet their business goals and achieve greater success.
Dave has been recognized for his legal acumen by Best Lawyers in America® for health care law since 2009. He serves as the Indianapolis office leader of Taft’s Health & Life Sciences group. At Wabash College, he captained the 1984-85 basketball team and was a member of its 1982 NCAA Division III National Championship Team.
