Our attorneys provide specific counsel to our clients on the legal risks and regulatory requirements that confront them in the day-to-day practice and operation of their business entities. We are business, regulatory and litigation attorneys who have the knowledge and experience to protect and defend against lawsuits and investigations. Preventively, we identify the regulatory issues and business needs of the client and coordinate the most efficient delivery of legal services available to meet those needs. This may include anything from the general aspects of business and advice relating to corporate governance to health care regulatory guidance, compliance plans, policies, and programs, internal audits, medical staff and patient care issues, and intellectual property. In representing our health care clients, we marshal all of the expertise and resources of our firm to assist the client in achieving its unique business goals while complying with applicable regulations and avoiding unnecessary and often costly risks and liabilities.
